How It Works.
We always hold an exclusive agreement with our vendors and offer generous conjunction splits:
- Buyer referral: 40% of commission
- Vendor referral: 20% of commission
We make the referral process exceptionally easy:
- Request a conjunction form at any time and it will be sent to you for electronic signature
- You decide how much effort you want to put in - email our pitch to the database, call leftover buyers from a recently sold listing, or just keep the off market list in your back pocket for those hard to please but ready to buy clients
- You decide how you want to be involved once your buyer is introduced - you are welcome to come with the buyer to inspections and handle the buyer communication or we will handle the communication, presentation, negotiation, and paperwork. We will keep you in the loop throughout
- Once the contract is unconditional, we will install a sold board at our expense - you can cobrand it with your name, photo, logo and phone number or stay anonymous and just take the referral fee.
- You get paid immediately upon settlement - directly from trust account or from us, your choice.
